psalm 46:10 says be still and know that i am God n it reminds us to slow down and trust that God is in control , it means you don’t have to carry every worry, stress, or fear by yourself , wen life feels loud or overwhelming, God is asking you to pause, breathe, and remember his power , being still isn’t just about being quiet it’s about having peace in your heart because you know God is handling things you can’t , It’s a reminder that you are protected, guided, and never alone ❤️
